Instructions:

After installation of the App, select the App and create a new login/password. When asked, choose the HAVEN Church of the Nazarene of Grand Prairie, TX as your faith community. Then, once you have entered the app, select the icon representing two people (4th icon) at the bottom of the Home Page, click REQUEST PRAYER, and complete the form.
